My wife and I have experienced some health problems. We find that our cash would not last too many years if we have home care. We therefore contacted Joseph Clavero who went over our requirements for a reverse mortgage. We agreed on $200,000 which could be more for our situation. During our many conversations Joseph was down to earth telling it as it is. He was super responsive to my questions replying with in hours during the day, evenings and even on Sunday. Although we could not decide what to do right now Joseph will be in our horizon for the future.

When needed Joseph hounded the banks and worked directly with my lawyer. He truly works for the customer – me – and he is now my mortgage broker for life. It is hard to find someone with work ethic and high integrity.
