Free Ontario Mortgage Newsletter and Rate Updates

The newsletter is free and keeps you informed on the latest trends in mortgages and the real estate market for all of Ontario including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

After you sign up, you will receive a newsletter once a month.

Also, if you want, you can sign up to the weekly rate minder. This goes out once a week and shows what the latest rates are.

The Bank of Canada didn't raise rates on Wednesday but indicated they would likely raise them in March (and then multiple times this year).

So getting a weekly update of what the current rates are is a good idea if you're looking to get pre-approved for a mortgage before you buy a home. Which you should definitely do!

Please don't buy a home before consulting a mortgage agent to see how much you qualify for. Don't bid on a house you can't get a mortgage for. You could lose the house. And your down payment too!
